2nd order received today from Montefortuna. Two weeks from mailing to my front door. Two excellent experiences with them.

Wish I could say the same.  I'm done with this company.

Their "guaranteed delivery" is 45 business days.  That's nine weeks.  Who the hell wants to wait nine weeks for a package? (Answer: only FOH fanboys.)

I paid an extra $11 for "upgraded priority shipping".  That means they mailed it via Swiss Post with a tracking number (if you don't pay the $11, they mail it without tracking.)  So it's mailed, whether you pay extra or not.

According to the tracking number I received, my latest package was mailed on 12 February.  No status update since then - and Swiss Post tracking is quite reliable, unlike those Hungarian or Czech tracking numbers.

USPS informed delivery shows the package as "label created in system".  That's it.

My order was $550 or so. There was no additional charge for shipping and I received a tracking #.

Sorry you had a different experience.

That's pretty steep compared to a few others. What made you get those there?

Never usually see them- was watching YouTube and saw cigar obsession promote them. Saw it on their site a few weeks later so took a chance

If there’s another place I’d like to know, but again I never have seen them at my normal places
