Why is this site less active?

I left CF when admin changed.

To the OP....I just stopped in here for the first time in maybe a year. I read four pages on the TSBC, and found nothing but over-priced offers and stuff being dumped because it sucks. I’m in favor of folks selling their property at whatever price they choose. But I’m not willing to pay these silly prices myself. 🤪

As for prices, the 2nd market has gotten crazy, I still buy when I see a “I’m getting divorced or I gotta buy a new water heater” sale

Thinking my new home.... so SAD to CF get where it has. Im an early member #393, been around forever.  May never totally leave, but think its time to go for some time.....

Just glad to be here with you guys....and Hutch is the man!  So feel good...
