potentially it can I think , Opus X coffins are not exactly a snug fit, and it can shift inside, especially if there is no other packing material aside from a zip lock bag

Yeah I’d be happy to send it back but it doesn’t look like that’s the case.

How do I get my money back and send the cigars if the seller wont

I don't think the issue is "over 3 cigars," but the fact that the seller neither made it right with refund/exchange nor manned up and said "I'm not making this right," but instead ignored the buyer, hoping it would go away.  Even after getting called out, acknowledging there was an issue, and promising a resolution, the seller has done nothing.

Sorry Guys...i should have been more specific..onus is on the seller...my comment was towards him to just issue a refund and take the cigars back...the fact that hes acting like a dick over 3 cigars is a joke...the fact that the saga continues is just dumb. No slight to the buyer...obviously nothing he can do without the sellers cooperation.

Sounds like this guy is living up to the RAT in his handle name.

Also, I still don't see appropriate feedback left by you at his handle here.

Please do the community a favor and IF he lists anything FS without taking care of your problem first, be sure to leave a feedback so any potential buyers are aware that there could be packaging or other issues with him.

I would have moved on and taken action by now if this was my purchase, but thats me.  If you are waiting to hear back from the postal service, you are a patient soul.  Good luck on that one, when the USPS is taking 3-5 weeks to deliver first class mail right now.  They are avoiding claims and customer service issues like they are a plague right now.
