Bad CoRo's?

Post by bradleybaxter »

I just purchased these from a member on the board. At first glance something didn't seem right as the cigars weren't all lined up perfectly as is normally with Cohiba. However the serial came back legit and I pulled the trigger. I was boxing them up today as it was a split with a friend and I noticed how terrible the bands are. Several are barely attached to each other, a couple have slices and overall they all looked like they've been handled by a thousand people. I just wanted to get some input from others and I've already sent the seller an email.

Not sure how to upload photos?

IMO if there is anything slightly off or suspect with ANY Cohiba box they are fake until proven otherwise.

IME Cohibas bands, regardless of which factory is on the box, have bands applied with a really strong glue that is nearly impossible to separate without treating the band and the fit is perfect.

If only the rolls from certain factories could be so consistent.

Cohibas most faked cigar ever
ANY issue with a Cohiba , I’d say fake
Should be perfect in all aspects
