Mrfuzon- buyer beware

Post by Hamm »

Alex (mrfuzon) posted some boxes for sale. I messaged him in regards to a Tatuaje H-Town box he had, asking if he was interested in any trades. He said no, as he's getting out of the hobby. I then asked if he had any Musubi, to which he replied he had sold a box, but would sell me his personal box for $250. I agreed, then asked for his paypal address. Sent the funds, sent him my address and pretty quickly received a tracking number. Got home from my vacation yesterday evening and the package was waiting for me. However, instead of the Musubi box, he decides to send me a box of H-Town. Messaged him on Facebook, which he completely ignored. Sent him an email and eventually received a response. He claims it was a "misunderstanding" and that he thought I wanted an H-Town box. It was VERY clear in our messages that I wasn't really interested in the H-Town box. Plus, why would I send $250 for a box he's only asking $210 for? Classic case of buyers remorse. I even very kindly offered to pay to ship this box back (on my dime) as long as he sends me the box of Musubi. Well now, he claims he doesn't have a box of Musubi and is demanding that I ship the box back in the exact same condition and he will refund me. I have requested numerous times for him to send me a refund in full, along with return shipping funds and I'll ship this box back to him. He's now ignoring my messages.

Always a good idea to do a little research before you engage in a deal. You may have stayed away to start with.
Be sure and make deposits in all areas of your life, because at some point you will need to make a withdraw. No deposits are more important than those made in relationships.

Per above, we had an issue initially. However, after speaking with Alex for a bit, we were able to come to a conclusion that worked for both of us. He has made everything right.
