Can anyone recommend a good buttery chardonnay under $50.00?

You don't need to spend $50 for a good Chardonnay. There are great bottles for < $20. However, if you want to gift someone, Stag's Leap, Duckhorn, and Domains are between $30-$40 and they are good.

Just got some 2015 Pahlmeyer that is very good. I can't remember exactly what they cost but I'm pretty sure it was below 50...
