It appears to be a 50 cab of Bolivar Corona Gigantes, with a glued-on memento that appears to be from the bottom of a random dress box - perhaps the last remnant salvaged from the wreckage of the Exxon Valdez with a pack of Russian cigarettes, or the Titanic, discovered alongside the Heart of the Ocean.
