This is another from John's EL line of cigars...if you havent had the chance to do business with John or if you have been contemplating an order...I cant speak highly enough about his service and the quality of his smokes...as for this one:
The wrapper on this robusto is near flawless...smooth dark colorado with a beautiful sheen. The draw is perfect...lights up easily and there is no shortage of flavor with this one...it is one powerful cigar. Id put the flavor profile more along the lines of a supercharged D4 rather than a coro..as things progress it requires some touch ups..still only having rested for 3 weeks...even after a full meal this cigar is giving me a ride...lots of nicotine here...in line with the RA Sur as the strongest cigars Ive smoked this year...of the opinion these will be amazing in 6 months to a year...paired this with Chivas 18...would go with an Islay next time...another grand slam from John.
