% of US cc market from Australia
Out of curiosity: if one had to guess, what percentage of the US cc market is from Australia relative to other countries (excluding Cuba)? 25%? 50%? 75%?

More than it was a few years ago now that packages sail through. Still small compared to Swiss and other Asia Pacific areas.
