Is this website is legit? They seem to have very low prices on several boxes that I smoke regularly. I've heard that their quality isn't the best though...
Can anyone give me some info? Should I place any orders? (The reason I haven't yet is due to customs, but I'm about to say f@&$ it and order a box...but I need some info first)

Yes legitimate but they are 15-20% higher than other legitimate vendors and you pay for shipping where it is free from the others.

I think you are confusing them with cigarterminal - COH does not charge for shipping.

They have free shipping, but 15-20% more than other retailers?? If you have other sites you are willing to reference let me know! Haha. COH has some of the best prices I have ever seen

Decent prices.
I use cubanlous.com and ihavanas.com.
As far as customs, I have only had a couple boxes confiscated and the company made it right.

Cuban Lou's are crooks. Claim a re-ship policy, but never re-ship. Three instances...2 myself, 1 a local friend...got the letter for the original confiscated cigars, no letter for the boxes they CLAIM to have shipped. Just crooks...period.
1/2 dozen other vendors with better prices and whose word you can trust.

FWIW, this was not my experience with them the only time I had a box snagged -- and it was a high value box at that. They offered me the option to reship or refund with the caveat being reshipment was not guranateed. I chose reshipment and received my box the second time around. However, this was 2-3 years back, and things could have changed (for the worse, it seems). Just providing my experience as an additional point of reference and not to refute anyone's claim.

Re: Cigars of Habanos?
I have had only positive experiences with CL, including when a shipment was snagged.
