Bourbon prices?? lol
I know the bourbon secondary pricing is crazy, but a couple recent sales here are just laughable... OFBB for $500, and doesn't even list the year. And now Weller Antique for $125?? lol

So my bottle at 2 times the msrp is laughable but 2200 bucks for 23 year pappy is justifiable??? Last time I checked that's 10x msrp.
Makes sense

Wait, is there a different Weller Antique than the Weller 107?
If not, then OMG folks, don't pay $125, I'll be glad to pick some up around here for you if you're that desperate. They're easily available in Oregon for $27.

Not sure why you're asking me what is justifiable as I clearly said the secondary pricing of bourbon is crazy. The difference is... people pay crazy prices for Pappy 23 and you have no understanding of current secondary pricing.
Oh and also, where in the world does Weller Antique have a MSRP of $62.50? That bottle is in the $20's from what I know.
Again, lol.

$49.99 NJ plus 7% tax and I figured about $25 for shipping, and the "crazy" people that pay that for 23 pappy are the reason the rest of the allocated stuff gets jacked up.

That bottle is a retailer's Single Barrel bottling version of the Weller Antique. Different than the standard Weller Antique and is usually more expensive. Are you selling that Single Barrel version, or the standard? If that Single Barrel version, you might want to mention that and offer a picture of the bottle.

Yes that exact bottle, in all honesty I have been buying it from the same place year after year. Last year it was 26.99 because of the "crazies" they decided to jack it up. I will be sure to add that. Thanks for the heads up

At $26.99 last year, you probably bought the regular version. Different bottles and pricing.

I spoke to the spirits director and he said "the only way he can get weller in the store is if they bought their own barrels" same thing with Russell's reserve.

Thanks for the site. Now I can just buy that single barrel for $72 shipped.
