Should I buy it? Elijah Craig 20-23

I'm a noob in the bourbon world. But I've found some Elijah Craig 20 and 23 yo. At a liquor store. Should I get it? Asking about price. He said "a lot"

So what is too much to pay?

I would stay away.  had the 23 and it was not worth $50.

Very few bourbons are good past 15 years.

The 18 yo is worth the price. Atleast it was the last time I had some which was like 3 years ago.

Good point! I called back the 20 year old was $150. Not terrible I thought. Currently I'm drinking Sazerac rye larceny Elmer t all very good. But also a whole different price range.

I did not care for the 23 yr. I've found it from $200-300 range. For $200 I'd rather buy 8 bottles of EC12.
