Four Roses Single Barrel Specially Selected?

Question for the Bourbon geeks.

I've been seeing offerings of the Four Roses Single Barrel Specially Selected around town at various bottle shops.

Picked up an OESK and OBSV, both pretty good though I preferred the former.

What's the scoop on these and what should I be looking for? Pretty interesting marketing angle it seems.....
