Use the help feature

GO to www.photobucket.com create an account.
Create an album.
Upload your photos to the album
Pictures will be displayed in your album
Below your pictuer are three boxes, URL Link, HTML Tag, and IMG Code.
Highlite the IMG Code box, copy and paste this in this post. This will display the picture in the forum post.
