I'd say charging 45 bucks for a Drew Estate cigar is insane, pally.

I smoked one about 2 years ago, that was gifted to me, and I thought it was past its prime then... I think Nics really should be smoked fresh and not aged several years. Nicaraguan tobacco just doesn't age gracefully like cuban tobacco does.
120 a stick is ridiculous. Only person who would pay that is Pete himself, or maybe one of his biggest fanboys.

I agree! I think it is ridiculous but I am going to sell them at the market price. I also see Basherts go for $120 all the time.

OOOOOOOOOH SHIT SON! Drop the mic!
Seriously though, whats insane to me is that someone shelled out $90 bucks for a 2 pack of T52 Pigs. They were great cigars once and I really did love them but I feel as though they hit a wall and started taking a nosedive toward shittiness which happens with many DE products that are over 2 years old, though I feel like these were great for over 3 before their descent started.

Hopefully people aren't buying them to smoke because they really have nothing left. It is more of a collectors thing than looking for a good smoke.

PT Barnum has nothing on you, fella. You sell cigars at preposterous prices because people wish to look at instead of smoke them.
You'd make a helluva realtor:
"Ignore the leaky roof, rotting foundation and condemned property sign. Just look at that view!"

I thought the Pork Tenderloin was overrated myself. I just didn't see it as the 95-97 point stick that many said it was, and believe me I know I'm in the minority. That charred meat taste was certainly unique, but it got old for me 1/3 of the way through the stick as it was very dominant over any other flavors. The last one I had, which was about 2 years ago, was complete crap. I just can't see spending $3000 on cigars that only have "collectors value" and no smoking value.

Agree on the "collectors value." If it smokes like crap, it's a worthless cigar. Sure, I'll eye some special smokes in my keep from time to time, but it's in anticipation of when I actually smoke it, not simply cuz it's rare.
