Wholesale cuban cigar prices

Any idea what the markup on CC's are? I know the most popular grey market guys are pretty close on prices but with free shipping, guarantee on confiscated cigars, I would think the markup is pretty good in order to sustain the businesses. Several years ago before I reallly cared about cigars a friend of mine got a hold of a Swiss wholesale price list and said the markup was huge in like a box of monte 2 wholesale in Switzerland was like $105 a box...
