Its starbuck aka habano aka David schmuck. I know  for a fact hes owed at least 3 people for months maybe even a year at this point. He recovered his own and keeps giving these guys the run around. Typical maneuvers from him. He's complete shit.

Going through the same shit with BellHop myself. I wish I would see this post before i placed my order. And now i have to deal with Anthony and Rafi lies. Had no choice but to go through my credit card for a refund, after they promise me a refund over a month ago

As I said earlier I have bought a bunch of the Canadian REs from Belhop without issues. Good cigars at reasonable prices. Have not bought anything other than the Canadian REs however.

I am glad John posted this up because I too was gonna order from BellHop and it was a large order.

Pretty low of the owner Anthony to tell his customer that what he does it illegal. What a hypocrite.

This should be posted on Cigar Inspector's Shop Review section.

Is the guy's name Anthony Masciangelo?

Different Anthony I think... Bellhop is located in Canada, not NYC.  Bellhop has only been around for about 3-4 years to my knowledge.
