I know it's another ANS article, but the point that I think is important here is that when you post something on the boards the courts view you as a publisher and you can be sued for liable.

Interesting Wade, and of coursse caution should always be the order of the day, but do we know if the law views bloging differently then bb posting?

I don't know that there is any difference between a Blog and a BB.  It was funny but after I read that article I seemed to remember that some places you "publish your comment/response" when you hit the post
