East Bay Area

Post by ExpendableYouth »

The two shops I really like in the East Bay are Ohlone Cigar Lounge in Fremont, and Mission Pipe in Pleasanton. I prefer to go hang out and lounge at Ohlone because they have a large lounge area, multiple TV's, friendly poker games on Saturday, and a great selection of smokes. Although the Ohlone doesn't have a bar you can bring your own and enjoy a drink as well. Mission pipe has a lounge area but it is very small and hard to get a seat, but their prices are outstanding and their HTF selection is really nice.

There's another lounge just down the road from mission pipe, I forget the name but it's right off Santa Rita just before the KFC. A larger lounge but prices aren't as good.

Other than that, I don't know of any other lounges. I wish we had more. It's my dream to open a large lounge and whiskey bar right next to the outlets. Would get a lot of business from husbands waiting for their wives.

West coast cigars in San Jose. During the warm summer, you can smoke outside in the yard. The lounge indoor is a bit small and the regulars usually take up the TV (they watch some weird shit some times), but outside is really nice.

Not in East Bay, but San Mateo has a decent B&M.
