I don't think he bought them. Just asked for pics and then posted the pic here to let people know as the seller had multiple sale posts up.

100% Mold. Hard to believe that anyone would even argue it with these pictures and yes mold can easily be brushed off without leaving a mark on the cigar or tearing the wrapper.
