It is a warehouse that they're stored in. How was the shipping. They used to just throw singles in a box with no protection.

Everything I've received so far has been in a bag with some padding. Only issue I had was with some Herrera Esteli. 3 of 5 had cracked wrappers around the cap. Instead of dealing with cbid CS though I went to Drew Estate online and had 3 replacements on the way no charge after sending pictures and proof of ID...

I stopped buying from them after two bundles came both with beetles. Never made it past the mailbox with them. Emailed the pictures to them and was told that it happens from time to time and no mention to make it right. F that...

Bought a 5er from them about two months ago and they were in a large box with no padding. By the time they reached me the cigars were completely destroyed yet they still charged me for shipping. I also won a Tat Jekyll dress box for ~$200.00 which was substantially below the going rate on the secondary market at the time. As soon as I won, they cancelled my order telling me that the dress box didn't exist in their warehouse. Fast forward a couple days later and another dress box is back up.  After all of that and the fake Fuente shenanigans, bye bye CBid...

Yeah, they've been on thin ice for a while.  When the fake Opus Maduro thing hit, I inquired on their forum about who had bought the double robusto maduro (just curious to see how many had been sold) and I received a not-so-nice email from some slunt named Trish who told me that I would be "permanently banned" if I continued to insinuate that they sold fake Fuentes.  I cancelled my account the next day.

I have browsed their site a few times, but after reading about all of the shenanigans I will not order from them.
They kind of seem like the Walmart of cigar stores. Whereas ci.com is more like sams club.
Just my opinion.
