I seriously doubt this is the kind of "morphing" that Gary is talking about.  I believe he is trying to speak to the fact that OLH has become a buyer beware market.

But shouldn't that be the case everywhere ? I can't see any reason why it would not apply here. It's not like this is a close knit forum where most folks know most everybody. I'd like it to be, because of terrific experiences I've had participating in that kind of forum. If folks are honest with themselves I think they have to admit that this is a commercial opportunity site...NOT a bunch of friends that formed a club. Lastly, "buyer beware" is always a sound policy...even your best friend may have gotten a bad box of cigars and may be UNKNOWINGLY passing on a box of fakes :(

And I second the above praise for Wade. I would never be able to handle what he does associated with the site :)

Completely agree, just trying to clear up Gary's intent.

We went though this a few yrs ago.

go back and look at rule 7.  (it's lined out)  I really got tired of banning people for that one.

Triple Ligero had lots of people posting on his threads how great he was.  lots of  :nana: :nana: :nana: :nana: :nana:

The community asked for it to be the way that it is.
