Dallas has always made right with me. The wait may be a bit long but he's alway come through. You also have to understand, the cigars Dallas has been getting for us aren't something you can just order from any site and have it delivered in couple of days.

Be patient brothers.

Dallas appears to be a straight shooter that makes things right. He just needs to communicate better with all of his customers. People can't be expected to send multiple emails over a period of weeks/months unanswered and keep their shirts on.

If he communicates better this thread doesn't exit.

I think the key here is to remember w're not talking about regular production stuff. Someone takes orders and then puts boots on the ground to go get them-something I reckon that 90% of you wouldn't be willing to do. I've bought bundles from 2 trips with success (albeit shorted by 5 and he refunded the difference promptly asking to refund or carry over)

Relax, be patient, and I believe you'll get what you ordered. I've already prepaid for 2 more. :)

I have no dog in this fight, but if what DAFU says is true then waiting over a year (coming up on 16 months) is a bit excessive....nobody should have to write off any order due to poor communication.  Hopefully they can both resolve this asap!

No idea of what happened here.  I know dallas has been up front about not being the best at keeping records in the past and was going to rectify that issue.  Obviously 1+ year is beyond what anyone would call reasonable.  But I have a feeling it'll get rectified once he gets the payment info found.

DAFU said he wrote it off, like some others I know, ever since DS scaled up the operation in late 2013. So really it's a non-issue. The only question you have to ask is:
Do you enjoy the product enough to deal with the wait

I put my first order in Dec '14. Hope to get them soon. Yes his communication sucks at times and he does seem to have some of the worst luck in the world at times but he will get back to you. Just might not be the same day or even same week.

Hope these are tasty.

If the most recent post is to be believed, you're talking about over a year.  While the source continued to run other group buys.

That's not a patience issue.

Guys, nobody has been "waiting" a year from product. It looks to be one of the first orders. He says he wrote that he did not get the sticks. I also have no record of a PM or email saying that he didn't get them, but I did find his initial purchase emails. I had down on a sheet that he did receive them. When I asked for some info, he didn't respond. Fast forward to now, this is the first I am hearing of it in over a year. If he would have responded, we could have fixed it then. Simple.

I am almost done checking things out on my end, and think I may know what happened. At least close enough. But still I have not received any response nor email from DAFU.

Alcon,

I received a package this afternoon from Dallas (Ninja), just as he stated a week or so back he would ship my bundle and half of my other bundle. Apart from my own impatience and seeing many negative reviews I chose to not have hope in what Dallas promised me.

For the record I was completely wrong, and my perception was false. In my opinion Dallas provides a high quality product and has been very honorable providing just what I ordered. I have complete confidence that I will receive the remaining cigars after his next trip.

For the record I would order again. My normal response is order a box and they arrive, this item in particular was not off the shelf but custom rolled, I need more patience and perhaps others do as well.

Dallas I apologize for my impatience and haste, your word is honorable and I would ask that you please forgive me of my impatience and hastiness.

Thank you Dallas for the product that you provided to me and the quality of the items look production level.
