Why does it seem like some people are able to edit their tsbc posts when they are much older than 2 hours

The way that it should work is that after 120 minutes the post cannot be modified. 

In looking into the permissions some groups had permission to delete their posts and others did not. 

Gold and higher supporters can delete their own topics.  My thought on this is that if someone is posting and selling enough to warrant donations of over $100 then it is probably in the interest of their sanity and board clutter to allow them to clean things up.
