cohiba behike 56 (20th anniversary Partagas edition)

Looking for more information on this cigar.  Price point.  How many were made.  Why it wears the partagas band but is otherwise in normal Behike boxes.  I can get better photos if needed.  Thanks for any answers you may have.

From what I have read these would be just regular Behike. The second band was added when these were offered at the festival. I suppose any extra value would in the eye of the buyer/band chaser.
