Not sure what issue is here. Buyer bought stocks that don't look right. Bands are "off". Refund the $$ and get it over with.  That's part of being a seller here. Stand behind the product.

Kind of agree with this.

Did he request pictures of the cigars before the deal was done, for if I was making such a purchase I would want to see a few good pictures, not grainy "my camera phone sucks" pictures.  If he saw those bands it's pretty much on him, if not I think it's on the seller.

I did notice you posted about the production not being that great and kind of sloppy, but then you say for all you know he did a poor job of re-branding some regular production Lusi-s ... which is is, if they were your sticks you would have noticed how crappy the bands were and in that case you have no reason to think he re-banded some regular production sticks.

Either way the buyer wasn't satisfied and it's up to the seller to make it right.  Just my worthless 2 cents.

Leo, Why the fuck have you not given this guy his money back yet dude. You had 2 members of this same board come to your side and help you out when you got fucked.

Because when I offered him a refund he demanded I send him the money before he sent the cigars back.  That is fishy as all hell. I have been very diligent since being screwed over this summer and it will not happen again.  My reasoning is that he was going to try and get me to send the money, and then he was going to go missing with a full box of PGR and 1300. Because of that I do not trust him to send back what I sent him whether not sending them at all, or compromising the cigars in some way. He lost all of my trust when that happened.

Mcgoo offered to be an intermediary.  Stop hiding behind your bad experience.  You're just as bad as the guy that ripped you off.

The real fishy thing is how the seller contradicted himself repeatedly saying he didn't see the shitty labels and then admitting he did in fact see them. Yup, real fishy

Yes, you've been very diligent.  You realize people are possibly out of money from their own pockets when they came to your rescue to try and make you somewhat "whole" again from your previous dealings that went south? (one of them even sent you extra cigars)  They did it because it was the "right" thing to do.  You now have a chance to do the "right" thing in this situation.....refund the man his money and take the cigars back.  One of the people who helped you even encouraged you to do so.  At least you're going to get some of your cigars back while others who helped you may not have been made 100% whole when they jumped in to help you!

Leo (Yippy Yappy, la19994, whatever else you are), just refund the man his money and take the cigars back!  If you don't have the money, work out some kind've payment plan (or some other agreement) with the buyer.  I don't understand why you're fighting this despite a majority of the people who are strongly encouraging you to resolve this  ???  Use your telepathic powers and understand this will have negative consequences if you choose not to resolve this.....you won't be able to change identities or use different user names on other forums either to erase this incident.....it will follow you.

He's not refunding it because he doesn't have the money.

That may be true, but unless I'm mistaken (I may be wrong but thought I saw in the other thread) the seller did offer the opportunity for payments or some other arrangement correct?
