Great forum idea.
With single malt prices steadily climbing, I've moved to bourbons and found some nice bottles i've enjoyed.
Four Roses single barrel and small batch are both great on the rocks or neat.
Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve was my first "premium" bottle and it was great. Definite cherry notes and with
a splash of coke created an almost cherry coke flavor.......(for a cocktail, don't compare it to the syrup in the can :)
Any others I should be looking at?

Larceny is a really good one I've been enjoying lately. Fairly priced too!

Four Roses SB and SB are both excellent choices for not a lot of coin. The local favorite amongst my friends is Bulleit - they make some outstanding bourbons (for a family originally from NOLA).
If you want to spend the money, Blanton's is very good and Booker's is nice when you want some slap and tickle in your alcohol.
And, of course, there's always the old cone licker brewed in the Tennessee hills, charcoal aged for a month before tippling!
