Smoking is banned most places in Hawaii, you won't find any bars or what not.  You might be lucky to find a cigar shop with a lounge, but I don't think there are any.  If I'm wrong, someone chime in!

O'tooles in downtown Honolulu is also cigar friendly. And they have an awesome selection of whiskeys and Guinness on tap.  And live music different nights

If also like to add that tobaccos of Hawaii charges $5  AND ya gotta buy a stick from them to use the lounge. But it has air scrubbers and a flat screen.


I also forgot "Cigar Cigar" on King st also allows smoking inside but ya gotta buy from him.
