Venmo - New Way to Pay & Receive Money. Kicks Ass!

Anyone used Venmo before? My brother turned me onto it and its just awesome! I have the app on my iphone5 and it is pretty slick. check it out gents


Sending money on Venmo is completely free as long as you use a bank account, supported debit card, or Venmo balance to fund your payments. If you choose to use a credit card, there is a 3% fee.

FEES FOR TRANSFERRING MONEY (SENDER PAYS)
Venmo Balance - FREE
Bank Transfer - FREE
Most Debit Cards - FREE
Credit Card - 3%

Receiving money on Venmo is always free.

Went to check it out and it is down at the present. Like that sender does not have to pay. Will check back once it is up. Like Amazon as well. Thanks for the info.

Since eBay now owns Venmo, has there been any rumor of being able to use it for eBay transactions?

Braintree developed and owned Venmo.

Must be nice to just go out and spend 800M.  How many cigars would that buy?
