Just curious what the going 'fair price' is for a sealed box of Opus Perfecxtion #77 Sharks from 2013?

What price range could be reasonable..?

I've had an eye out for these also and wouldnt want to pay any more than $633 which is close to msrp with 8% sales tax added in.  But really just depends on the buyer and what they value them at.  At $633 your essentially $17.59 per cigar, which is still not cheap but then again these would fall in the luxury item category for me for th etimes when you want to treat yourself.  I would definitely try them first as you may not even like them, Ive smoked one with some age and thoroughly enjoyed it while others do not like them, specifically at their price point.

My msrp was off on these, I just looked at what was listed and it is actually $14.50 per stick so with tax of 8% added that works out to $564/box of 36.  I think that considering the availability of them that $600 would be fair.  Now just to see if any are available at the price for those of us that don't have a steady supply of these nearby.

I'm the first to say "smoke what you like, like what you smoke" but I just don't get why guys go so crazy over sharks.  IMHO the 48 and 49 are better overall smokes, have better aging potential, and can be bought at or even below retail if you keep your eyes open.  Just don't see the reason to pay crazy premiums for sharks.

One man's opinion....

Anything from $600-$650 woul be fair IMO
It also depends on what you paid for them and how quickly you want to move them.
If you're happy to hold onto them you could price them at what ever you want and see if you get any bites or offers (you wil be called out in the BZ for gouging though, thats something you will have to live with)
If you want them gone and need the cash ASAP you could price them in the Mid-High $500's and see how you go
I'd pay around $600 a box but not much more than that.
They are a good smoke but no worth the $20-$25 a stick I often see them listed for.

Splitting the box into 5 packs would also help. The large box count makes a full box hard to swallow from a finacial point of view but a 5'er for $90 is a decent price considering how thin they are on the ground

The new Opus Destino Super Bellies are better imo.
The new Opus Destino blends and wrappers make the
al Siglos taste like they have yrs. of age in the box on them.
Anyhoo, they are awesome imo, and i doubt if you will see them here
under 18.50.
There was one box here at 16.50 a few weeks ago, another at 19.50
last week.
The new Destino Lanceros are anywhere from 220.00 to 300.00 a box of 10.
Havnt smoked one yet, but i hear they are also awesome.
