Ninja - Custom Roll GB

Anybody else dealing with Dallas (Ninja) in regards to the custom rolls? I would like to touch base with one of you.  So far I am not a fan of the lack of communication and prosponing. He seems to have been around CF and OLH for a quite a few years but dropped off the last couple of years. My 45 day dispute window with Ppal is about to run out and I asked for a refund without any response. I don't mind getting the refund and sending it back to restart the ppal protection but this is starting to get worrisome. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I believe we all received the same group email today. If anyone else who is involved with this needs a copy forwarded, just LMK.

I am glad to discuss this with anyone via PM, but I'm not sure what I might know beyond what Dallas said.

His trader history, over many years, has always been positive. I have traded with him before with no problems. However, I certainly understand why you would be concerned in this case.

Sorry if your catching flack Derek. I know you are on the up and up. Not sure what I'm going to do yet. Leaning towards a charge back... Been burned before and this situation seems pretty similar. Lot of FOGs know him but are not vouching for him. That says a lot.

First,  I already took care of your refund request this morning before I saw this. And sent you an email asking you to clarity for sure if you wanted it or not. And I did respond to you earlier this week about this issue.  And I told you then that I wanted you to do what you are comfortable with.  The last email I have is from you saying you would be open to resending after refund to establish a new 45 day time.  Only thing left was to get the refund out,  and we had not hit that 45 day mark yet.

Second,  I sent a group email out yesterday around 3:30 giving an update and my issues with communication over the last couple weeks.  And I find it interesting that you posted this not long after I sent that email out.

But in any case,  I have been catching up on several things this morning ,  including finding a new day care for my daughter  by  noon today because her mother backed out of her commitment to keep her and use an established sitter we have.  Amongst those other things was getting your PayPal dispute settled. I am sorry you did not get an quick response,  but that does not mean it was not being taken care of.  If you are squimish because you have been burnt,  I understand that.  You may feel better by not doing this.  If you do great,  we can do I it just as you asked.  If not,  your money has already been refunded,  and there will be no hard feelings if you no longer want to participate.

Thanks for the response Dallas. I appreciate it. Yes, I got your email and the refund this morning. The email in regards to resetting the p pal protection was sent on Monday but you did not repond to it directly until this morning, after the battlezone comment and p pal dispute. The funds were sent on Sept 16th so yes the 45 day mark was coming up real fast. I understand life is more important and it should take precedence over cigars but you have to look at it in my eyes though. I stated that I was going to dispute the p pal at the 45 day mark from the beginning. You said this would be completed in a month. When the delays came I stated that we should refund and resend so that I am still protected. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, I received a group email about the delays and your travel plans.

It is what it is and I'm considering my problems as being resolved. I received my refund and you don't have me pestering you about protecting myself. In the end you will likely come through for everybody and I'll be the one missing out. I would rather have the piece of mind rather than the cigars at this point. Thanks you for sending the funds back to me and hopefully the problems in your personal life will be straightened out soon.

Shadowcam, send me a PM with what you paid and were getting. Depending on funds I may take your spot and then you can split with me or something like that. Dallas is a friend that I trust, so I am willing to step up and help 2 guys if possible fund wise that is. LMK

Will do Scott. I've already had my moth smacked numerous times over the part 2 Weeks. Lol Will be glad when this us put to bed. Eddie just sent me an email and said he prefers to be out.  So whatever he its comfortable with.

And Eddie, you are right the expectation was 30. But an unexpected exited presort during the booking process us just something I have to wait on. Shouldn't be an issue for another 10 years. :)

AndI do understand where you are coming from and you are nervous. So i'm not going to quibble about details. I just want toy to be happy, as with anyone else I work with.
