Folks,

I am sick to my stomach posting this and feel like a complete ass...that said....I can not in good conscious accept any money I have recieved from the sale of some samplers I've put up here and sold.  I have emailed three folks that I recall selling too, but in case I missed anyone...I am posting this here.  I'd like you to contact me to discuss refunds now.

A few points:

1st - NONE of my cigars that I sold were from Richard aka TripleLigero, and some of the cigars in the samplers came from vendors that we all deal with...one vendor in particular from Europe who is beyond reproach and contributed to this thread (through another party).  

2nd - I bought a few cigars from a fellow I know as Limor.  I have contacted him and told him his cigars are fake...damn good fakes....but fake nonetheless.  He does not buy it....but at this point...you'd have to be a complete friggen moron to not accept the facts that Moki, Ninja, Grateful1, ewipper, etc..have all put together in such a remarkably skilled fashion.  It doesn't get much more conclusive.  

3rd - Yeah...I got duped, and fought it to the bitter end...but you gotta call a spade a spade.  Sorry I was so damn late to the party.  

4th - Some of you - I've had some great pissing contests with and called some terrible things.  I no longer feel that is amusing or acceptable, and regret it.  There are a few folks I will never deal with again as this has been a great learning experience.  BOTL means absolutely nothing imho.  A lot of this is as fairweather and fickle as it gets.  And while painful, this has been a damn good lesson learned.  Better sooner than later.

5th - Those that have samplers in question - please send pics or sticks if you like to Moki, Ninja, etc...so we can determine the full scope of what has been counterfeited.

6th - I will post this on CF as well, but one of you please post or link to this on ICC as well.  I am banned for life....self-inflicted stupidity....18 and life yo....good old SkidRow.  :)

Lastly - if you need to get a hold of me and don't have my number please pm me and we will discuss.

Ryan it is so easy to get caught up in the whole crazy cigar thing!!! Humidor stuff, Vintage, High end coustom rolled cigars it can almost bordering on the line of a sickness!!! We hear that something new is come out and we want to be the first one to try it!!! We will spend crazy $$$ on it and chase every lead. That is why we are the perfect guys to get taken in by guys that do this. I have seen this many times before with guys comeing in the shop to sell us "Pre release stuff that no one has yet. ($12ea anything he had) This is where I think these guys started and have found that the cigar boards are where the real money is. I have smoked a shit load of custom colled cigar over the past 15 years from every known roller. So for me it is easier to see and taste that this kind of stuff are just Custom rolled cigars with bands. [b]Great job standing up and making your post you have learned one of the great lesson in life!!![/b]

Classy move for sure.  It sucks you got taken and that's a painful way to learn any lesson but it sounds like you have the right attitude about it.

Hopefully some good karma is headed your way for this real soon!
