See reject, this is something you can't understand. The Cohiba Lanceros  is a great $13.00 dollars cigar. Now, add some BS and an extra band and it now becomes a 50 dollar cigar.  In reality you are smoking at 13 dollars cigar and get screwed.

I'm confused.  Perhaps I'm just a reject, or a cock holster like everyone else who has questioned you recently.  But it seems to me that if Richard is selling 5ers of $13 cigars, for $60 shipped (the amount he would receive, $60 going to Wade), that after shipping, he's actually losing $10 or so.  Not exactly doubling his money........
