Christmas was canceled for us too, wife tested positive for Covid on Christmas Eve as we were leaving the house to go to relatives to celebrate Christmas Eve dinner and secret Santa exchange. We’re hoping to celebrate Christmas maybe Thursday with our girls before one of them has to go back to where she lives.

Well we made it through Christmas on Sunday Kathy was feeling better then on Tuesday Jeeves started throwing up and we made a vet visit that day blood test, urine test, was taken in the next day. Thursday they called and referred him to the 24 emergency place, where we then went. He was in kidney failure and because of his heart problems so he was euthanized. We are lost here kind of in a fog missing him and his “help” around the house which is way to quiet. He was a really great dog that loved everyone he met. Words cannot describe how badly we both feel.
