Can someone vouch for "Blue"?

I want to buy some sticks from Blue.

But all his feedback is over a decade old and in DM he is requesting I send a money order up front. Has anyone dealt with him recently who can vouch?

Do a USPS money order so it's traceable and send with delivery confirmation. If he cashes it and doesn't deliver, report him for wire fraud.

Money order is basically mailing cash.
PpFF you’d at least have an identity you’re buying from. ask around, see if legit. If sketch bail, if good and vouched chill. Mailing a money order is some Nigerian prince boomer scam shit.
