Do they ship to the u.s. or not?

They were reccomended by some members of another forum,  who i know live in the u.s.,  but their site clearly states that they won't ship to the u.s.

They ship to the US. I know many who have used as well as myself without any issues.

Happen to recall how long their processing time until you get the email with the tracking number is? They say 24hrs, but I'm past that mark...

Also,  do you recall about how long the shipping time was?
Cant estimate based on their location as I can't find out where they ship from anywhere online or the site.

Up to 2 weeks for them to ship - after you receive a tracking number, you will have them in your possession within a week.

Does their customer service just suck?

I have sent several messages through the website and an email and they haven't responded to any in a week.

Its a great shop...my advice would be to relax and let the process unfold...constantly sending emails is not going to get you anywhere with a majority of the vendors in my opinion...patience really is a virtue in the overseas CC game...
Ok,thanks
None of my usual vendors take more than 3 days to ship and respond to messages within a day,  so they are just making me nervous since other people's money is involved along with mine
Fwiw, I got an email from them this morning with a ship date and tracking number.

Apparently sending an email works better than a message via the website.

They did say that they had already sent the shipping information,  but I rechecked my email, including spam folder,  and never got it (its a gmail address,  so who knows what could have happened).

Responded with a polite apology for the misunderstanding.  They have a great selection and prices and would gladly use them again in the future,  so don't want to burn any bridges.
