Hope we don't see many posts in here.
Please no joking around in here. Keep this thread facts and information.
Don't be too quick to pull the trigger in here. Try to work out disagreements before you bring them here and they become a soap opera, which they almost always do when someone goes public with a problem. That's not meant as a slight to those who out bad traders, just an observation of how things have worked over the last eight years or so that I've been on cigar websites..

Wade, do you think it would be a good idea if you posted a link to the bad traders page that we have been keeping for years? It might save someone if one of those maggots decides to set up shop here. Just a thought.

Definitely agree with Harris - this is really the place where the stories can be told.

I'm finally getting around to taking some of Harris' advice and I've added a comment on due dilegence and being responsible for you own intgerest in the sticky post at the top of the TSBC. I also included a link to the scumbags list.

I hate to post negative things about people but I have to today.
About a week or so I posted a thread name Looking for Franks, and immediately got a reply from SurefireM2 had a full coffin. I paid him the 269 via PP he asked for and he said he'd ship it. A few emails went back and forth where I asked about the Franks, how they tasted ect. He replied like Boris but better. I was excited. I'm in the middle east serving in the air force now, so I had my buddy looking after my mailbox. When the package came in, it was beat up. It wasnt in a box but instead a cardboard envelope that was beat up, most likely by fedex. Upon opening the box my buddy saw they were DRACs not Franks. They were in good condition surprisingly, but I already have a box. So I contacted Gary, and explained that I wanted Franks not dracs and asked if he could refund me, and I'd send them back with a Confirmation number. He proceeded to tell me I should have known they were Dracs when he mentioned a coffin (Franks were in coffins too) and that all my posts Say DRACS not Franks. He refused to refund me until I sent him back the box of Dracs. I felt this was unfair seeing how my posts and emails do say Franks, and do not mention Dracs at all, I have good trading info on other sites, That I referenced him to, and I was very quick with a large payment. He again told me, quite rudely that he felt I was being silly and didn't realize I wrote Drac, in my emails, and wouldn't refund me until I sent the box. I will not be sending the box back to him, for I feel like I would be ripped off. Sorry for the rant just figured people out here needed to know about this before doing business with him.

SurefireM2, a word of advice, do the right thing here. You screwed up a couple of times throughout this ordeal by sending the wrong sticks and shipping in improper packaging. but refusing to refund this man's money elevates you to the level of scumbag. You will be a pariah in the cigar community. We look out for one another and will make good and sure any future potential traders know exactly who and what you are.
ndimarco, be sure to leave an accurate and appropriate trander comment on this douchebag!
