Welp, looks like this will never be resolved. So this is long overdue.

Sold me HTF damaged cigars. Basically told me to kick rocks and sell them on my own if I wanted my money back.

Classic story of falling from grace to a cigar trading POS.

Buyer beware. If you buy something from David Lemon, you are 100% on your own.

Do the community a favor and don't do any transactions buying or selling with Mr. Lemon.

Unfortunately this outcome was expected. Too bad.

He is obviously hiding under the rocks he told you to kick around... I wouldn't expect him back here or if he does revisit, I don't expect him to post anything, since he has been outted.  He was always trolling around anyways--I know he committed to buy things from me on 2 or 3 occasions and just left me hanging... no payment and no communications telling me that he changed his mind.

He was on the forum last night so I'm sure he saw this posting as well as the Battlezone thread...Silence is often more profound than words.

Have the details been sent to have him added to the ScumBag List?  This trade, his response to your concerns, and now his disappearance/going dark are worthy of being added so all those who may check the list but not come here know what happened.

I didn't think that Phil was maintaining that list anymore.  ???  Is it posted somewhere else?
