Seriously guys, who really does this? And why.
Ummmm, what's the question?
Do you mean from a vendor perspective - ie, B&M versus internet retailer? Or are you talking consumer perspective - ie, when a person gets them, and/or before re-selling to someone else?
Glad to give thought, but not sure where you're focus / questioning is aimed.
