He had a listing for a Kruger dress box, I sent a pm making sure it was for the sticks and the box, he confirmed. I told him I would send regular PP since he has 1 comment here. I get a message back after payment was sent saying he "has decided to take the box down now because it's getting too much attention" so I call the bullshit card and confront him, he basically told me he's gotten a better offer and I violated PP policy because I wrote "Kruger" in the note.
Total unethical member

Is that what I said... or is it "basically" what I said? There's a big difference, Jon.
There are two sides to every story; since Jon has decided to make this public, seems only fair that I have an opportunity to defend myself against the aforementioned allegations.
I posted a partial box of The Krueger on the forum this morning. After receiving several responses in a matter of minutes, which is not normal for me, I realized that I'd made a mistake by listing the msrp of the cigars not taking into account the value of the collectable box.
I did have civil communication with Jon prior to this point. Upon realizing my mistake, I immediately messaged him to hold off on payment. Unfortunately, the message didn't reach Jon before payment was sent.
I promptly refunded Jon's payment and attempted to apologize for my mistake. I didn't have a "better offer" or any offer for that matter. This can all be verified by the communication logs.
My listing also clearly stated, "PP FF only, no mention of cigars, tobacco, etc." So what does Jon do, he puts the name of the cigars (misspelled) in the note field. What else would PP think Krueger's are?? Regardless, this put my account at significant risk.
At this point, Jon resorted to name calling ("shady", "scum bag", etc.) and threatened to: "Trust our whole thread from question to refund will be posted. Unethical"
I made a mistake and apologized for it. I realize it may be upsetting that you won't be able to flip this box for a hefty profit, but name calling and profanity is beneath any BOTL. Let alone a brother with the amount of positive feedback you have.
I have been a member of good standing on OLH since September, 2015 in addition to being a member of BOTL.org since March, 2015 where I have 35+ positive reviews.

Provide the message saying that told me not to pay prior to my payment, anyone that wants the message trail please feel free to message me.
You are a greedy scum bag, hell if you had one ethical bone in your body you could have told me that you feel like you miss priced them and we could have worked out a deal.

Doesn't seem intentional nor a scam. Small mistakes made on both sides.
Certainly seems like Hollywood is butt hurt about not being able to capitalize on someone's mistake.
No harm no foul. Life's too short. Stupid thread move on. :)

Ohh but when you called out Mrfuzion that's gospel right, I'm pissed because that box was supposed to be for my bro in law which I told him I acquired only to have to tell him minutes later the pos backed out of the deal. Ohhh well egg on my face.

Sounds like you realized you listed too low and had sellers remorse after it sold. Doesn't sound very "BOTL" to me...

Oh, that totally justifies the name calling and profanity.

And I guess you just asking me for $20 more than what I paid was out the question when you had all the sharks circling.

I would have been happy to work something out with you, Jon. You became belligerent, started calling me names, and using profanity before I could finish refunding your payment.
If you stop the misrepresentation, name calling, and profanity, you're welcome to have the box for your BIL. I'll honor the original price.
