Trade / sale mishap ethic

I'm wondering, since I currently am in a debacle.....  I sold some liquor to a couple guys.  I messed up somehow and sent them to the opposite places.  I accept complete responsibility,  and have 1 guy completely willing to ship to the other and be reimbursed. He has been very patient and is awaiting say so from the other party.  The other guy said he would be willing as well, and that was the last thing I've heard from him.  It's been over a week, close to a week and a half.  I don't want to jump the gun, but on the other hand I have this gentleman who purchased something 2 weeks ago waiting to get some sort of answer.

So there's my dilemma.  What's the proper course of action?  Help me out fellas.  Oh yeah and I've done many trades and sales and have had zero complaints or shipping issues.  I'm lost but wanna take care of. These guys rightfully.  Thanks guys

This is what I would do..

Have the buyer that is responsive and willing to ship, ship back to you and replace the bottle you shipped in error.  It SUCKS but now you are stuck with following up with the other buyer.  It shouldn't be the fault of the buyer that is cooperating to wait for the other guy when the mistake was not his fault.  Tough spot you're in and I hope it ends well for you.

A: Non responsive guy...nothing you can do but give it more time. If it was done on OLH, give it an extended time, then take it to the BZ and see if that brings resolution. At the end of the day he has something that is not his. Your mistake or not.

B: Responsive guy waiting...pay to have the wrong bottle mailed back to you. Refund him immediately upon receipt until you can get resolution from guy A. If you want to go the extra mile, buy a replacement bottle(that A currently posses) and send it to B. Then work on resolution with A. Get B resolved ASAP.

You can only do what you can do. Mistakes happen. Bringing it here was a good idea. It shows good intent for resolution.
