Just a heads up to everyone that "Mark Martinez" (Mark Gabor), the guy that used to scam tons of people really bad is back on the prowl... (Apparently from Warren, OH, but claims many other states using other aliases and emails)

He's currently using the email:  [email protected]

eBay username:  martus-6opaur

Not sure when he started but he's been selling Liga Privada Velvet Rats and Ratzillas on eBay, and then will contact you non-stop to buy directly.  I though the went dormant for awhile but

Just Google search his name + "cigars" and the first link will tell you all about him.

Please spread the word wherever you can so that he can be avoided!!

Yep...this guy got me for almost $600 a few weeks ago. My bank was able to get my money back though. Wish I would've Googled his name before I sent any money.

What'd you say?  Got me for $90 so not too worried but easily could've gotten into the hundreds or thousands.

I called PayPal and told them exactly what happened. They told me to kick rocks, obviously. I called my bank and told them what happened, and within a week I had my money back. It was two separate transactions. I had a few dollars in my PP account, and I even got that back. Call him and demand your money back. I did that, probably called him 40 times a day. Eventually he got annoyed and said he would give my money back the following week.
