Smoking Cuban Cigars inside US B&M?

Been a member here for a while but this will be my first thread.- I work at a cigar shop and in the past year or so I have mainly been smoking Cuban cigars. While at work, I'll remove the bands and burn a CC while on shift. When I didn't work and while I was a regular at other B&M I would burn CCs with the label still on and would get mixed reactions from people saying "that's illegal blah blah"
All that to say, anyone smoke Cuban cigars in US B&Ms and what is your opinion?
Thanks!

I've never had someone say something negative about me smoking a Cuban in a B&M. If they get butt hurt that's their problem lol.

I smoke  CCs regularly in a few B&Ms in my area.  I will always buy a stick or two to support the store however but I've never had someone come up and examine my cigar or criticize me for what I was smoking.

Hey man..now that they've lifted that embargo, you should be getting the Cubans pretty soon right? Lol. I smoke mine at work with the bands on, but smoke mainly non Cubans. As long as a patron is purchasing stuff from me, they can smoke sticks they bring with them

Rarely go to B&Ms anymore - maybe once or twice a year to grab some seasonal/rare Fuente singles. About 95% of what I smoke is CC. On the odd occasion that I do smoke at the B&M, I buy a stick and just light up the CC I brought with me. Have never had a store employee say anything negative - have even traded extra CC for something off of the shelves.

If a fellow patron says something negative, get under their skin. Describe the flavor nuances to exacerbate their jealousy, tell him you bought it at a store across town and that the embargo is over, tell them you're happy to support a Socialist state that is so friendly with Russia, offer to sell him one at an inflated price or simply ask him "Hey, how's your wife and my kids?"

Personally I have yet to have someone question what I'm smoking, usually everyone is very polite and has some cigar etiquette.

I go to a couple local B&Ms here, one of which they know me pretty well, I always buy 2 cigars there and whatever beverage I'm having and I always tip the guy, I don't think they mind at all :)  Actually at one place I gave the guy a '98 Punch Punch for his bday and he didn't seem to mind that other lol

Also here in SD there are really only a couple B&Ms so indoor smoking can be at a premium.
