Perhaps I jumped to conclusions... This one doesn't appear to be John's fault and I'm sorry for having posted about it before he responded.

You have a problem, you  can't use PP for tobacco products, if you go to them they will freeze/terminate your acct.  :finger: I think you are screwed.  :tears:

I think you're right... but if I don't get any satisfaction, I'll freeze his account too at least.  Unreal...

The question is why are people STILL trading with him?  If it's because you've always had a great trading relationship with him, why not require him to pay up front?  There are a few that I've traded with that wouldn't receive my end from first again.  In a situation like this where he's not communicated with others consistently, there would be NO doubt.

The problem is that he did pay first.  Silly me, I thought that once I had the payment I was good.  Now a month later, there's a credit card chargeback on my account...

So far... yes, but we'll see how this ends up...  He has been in some sort of communication with me, but it hasn't been easy...
