If you're ever in Austin Texas you have to stop by Habana House. They just opened a second location and it is GREAT!!!

I go to the South Congress location from time to time. Heroes and Legacies is also a very nice choice.

Is this the place with the "bolivar" sign out front?  Went in, guy was a dick and also said the lounge was for members only.

Which establishment are you referring to?  I know Heroes and Legacies does not have a Bolivar sign out front and it is an upstairs establishment in a two story with entry up the stair and directly into the shop.  They do have a member's only lounge but there is also a huge sitting area inside the shop that is open to all.  Not sure if Habana House has a Bolivar sign or not.

This is in the building right next door to the Four Seasons on San Jacinto Boulevard. Place is seldom open but when he is I agree, he's a dick!

That's the Bolivar Lounge. Caters to Austin politicians.
