My hats off to Rob. He has sold this Kool-Aid to a endless stream of newbies. I just wish I would have developed this business model.

I just started buying from Rob a year ago and to be honest, I received some pure crap from 3-4 of the usual Swiss vendors. Your tastes and experience may vary, but I can assure you there are people buying from Rob from all levels of smoking experience. I went from having some boxes of PSD4's and RASS that were plain awful and after smoking a couple ROTT, I decided where I prefer to spend my money.

As long as the delivered product meets the expectations inspired from the sales pitch, what's the problem? Has anyone been disappointed? Doesn't look like it from his feedback.
I've bought cigars from Tom 3 times over the past 5 years. All have been 10 years aged or older, and every one of them had exceptional wrappers, compelling aromas and sublime in every way . . . just as described!
