Well I never thought I would have to start a thread like this. This guy answered to an iso I had, said he should  said he would sell a box to me for 190.00. Anyway its been over a month since I heard from him, I have sent maybe 5 PM's and nothing. I guess some people would do anything for as little as less than 200.00$, don't think ill see my money or cigars just hope this helps a BOTL along the way.

I think this is pretty well established.  He's on the scumbag list and has negative feedback on his profile if you scroll down a little bit.

Unfortunately, you are probably correct in your assessment of your chances of getting cigars or cash back.  This guy is a well documented POS scumbag!!

Wade, Yes of course do your own research, your due diligence etc etc. I understand they can always create a duplicate account, but seems silly OLH would support an active account of someone on the scumbag list.

ya, it kinds of seems if someone is actually vetted and placed on scumbag list, that it would include a ban?  although i also suppose its best they don't create a new account and keep their old name.

I mean I read the bad trader feedback but hes got a lot of good feedback somehow, I guess I underestimated what someone would do for really not that much money. Its on me, I can live with that I just want the cigars. better luck next time I guess.

A lot of good feedback and a little bad feedback makes him a bad trader. Especially when it involves theft. Did you PP F&F?
