Tat - Federal 90th?

Was at the Portsmouth location, and they had these - I said "I'll take one" and she replied with "ok, that's $50"
$50? - I passed and smoked a crappy Olivia. But, are these worth that type of $$$?

The Rosadas are the better of the two imho, but $50? They were 10 a stick when released.

So they stashed some away and are now selling them for $50 a stick?
That's crappy, good stick, but wouldn't pay that kind of money for them.
