You really need to read some history. I'd suggest something a bit more in-depth than wikipedia.  You also need to look at who was on trial at Nuremberg. 

It in itself could be considered a crime.  It was generally panned as a kangaroo court including by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the US.  Of the four charges against the main defendants only one had anything to do with the holocaust, but this isn't about Nuremberg.

Your argument is so flawed as to be nonsense.  To compare the actions of a sailor or soldier on the field of battle to Nazi war crimes is ludicrous, but to reach into the Nazis and Nuremberg, seriously?  If you understood Nuremberg you'd be referring to the leaders of the coalition.  Then even giving you the broadest benefit of the doubt you're still completely out to lunch,  you can't even put something like Abu Ghraib in the same category as Treblinka or Dachau.

Clue here ->  Service members killing on the field of battle vs rounding up people and executing them. 

Want to talk war crimes, lets talk about savages beheading non-combatants.

I only thought "Nazi" when I read the reasoning behind what, to me, sounded psychopathic and sociopathic.  To take joy in killing is different than the "just doing my job" argument.
