Fair Market Value of Tatuaje Black Tubos?

I'm considering putting up an ISO for some Tatuaje Black Label Tubos as they are one of my absolute favorite smokes but am curios as to their fair secondary market value. Personally I'm thinking somewhere in the range of $20 but I've previously paid $17 and seen some go for upwards of $30.

I think $20 is fair. Any more than that and I would fire up Padron 80ths.
